Here's what you get when you hire me to shoot an event.
My start time is 20 minutes before event start time, so I can get a walk through in and formulate a shot list. For branded events, I include still lifes of set-ups, products, etc.
I shoot with flash on camera combined with existing light. I can provide a second shooter if needed.
I get both candid and set up (as in "Hey can I take your picture?") shots of party-goers. I get coverage of specific parts of the event (speeches, panels, performances, etc.) as requested. If you have specific requests it is your responsibility to communicate them prior to the shoot date. In a few cases, a complex request may require additional shooters or gear.
I will provide basic retouching, meaning color correction, and straightening vertical lines.
Images will be delivered online within 24 hours of the end of event, via file transfer. Images will be delivered twice, once as a high resolution file suitable for printing, the other as a file sized for web use (lower resolution).
While I am pretty tireless when shooting events - it's fun for me - I reserve the right to a ten minute break every two hours.
At present, I do not provide video coverage of events. Also - no weddings! Otherwise, I love shooting any and all events, especially yours.
